What's the difference between Basic and Standard?
Basic covers standard filing with serial number typically within 10 business days. Standard adds priority processing (3–5 business days), initial screening, and correspondence assistance.
What makes the Professional package different?
Professional adds same-day filing during business hours, a dedicated case manager, advanced monitoring, and office action response guidance.
Are government fees included in the price?
No. Service prices are separate from USPTO filing fees. Government fees depend on the number of classes and filing basis you select.
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. You can contact us anytime before submission to move to a higher package. After submission, additional services can be requested separately.
Do you offer refunds?
Refund terms are described in our refund policy. Service fees are typically non-refundable once filing has been submitted to the USPTO.
